We offer the following attorney fee arrangements to our clients: |

Regardless of the fee arrangement, we work with our clients to formulate a fee structure that fits within their budget. If a client is having a tight month, we do our best to work with them and continue fighting for them. We do not "nickel and dime" our clients as demonstrated by the fact that we almost never charge for phone calls with our clients. Hybrid - Blend of an Hourly & Contingency Fee ArrangementThe Hybrid attorney fee arrangement is the most common way we are retained by our client when we our prosecuting a civil matter. The attorney fee is a reduced retainer fee, hourly rate and contingency fee. Basically, both the client and the firm are sharing the risk in terms of collecting on the case, and it reduces the "out of pocket" cost of the case for the client. Hourly ArrangementAnother way our firm can be retained is with an hourly fee arrangement. A retainer fee is paid by the client, which is billed against an hourly rate. This is the only arrangement in which we can be retained when we are defending a client in a civil matter. Contingency Fee ArrangementIn limited situations, we will be retained on a contingency basis where we get paid a percentage of the gross recovery from the case. If we do not prevail, the Client owes us nothing. More details will be provided regarding the attorney fee arrangements during the initial consultation. Flat FeesFor certain cases, we offer our services on a flat fee basis. A Flat Fee arrangement simply means that the client pays a one time fee for our services. |
